At a press event, Wednesday, Sony launched a slew of exciting new product, including four new cameras (the NEX-5R, NEX-6,  Alpha α99 and Cyber-shot RX1 ) as well as two new camcorders (the NEX-VG30 and NEX-VG900.)

A full-frame point-and-shoot, you say? That’s crazy talk. Well, not anymore! Sony’s newest member of the Cyber-shot family is a palm-sized, compact camera that boasts a full-frame 24.3 megapixel Exmor CMOS sensor. Combined with a Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 35mm F2 lens and Sony’s advanced BIONZ image processing engine, this is definitely the little camera that could!
